Dear Gosia,
Thank you for your letter that I got three weeks ago. I’m pleased to hear that everything is well with you and that you already have got a job. I’m very sorry that i haven’t replied to your letter earlier but I’ve had a hectic time after I had come back from England.
At first I’d like to apologise to you that I didn’t visit you in Cardiff. I really didn’t have any free time during the trip. We got up in the morning, then went to see the town and we had only two hours a day to go shopping without the whole group. I know that I had promised to meet you in Cardiff but please, try to understand me.
I must bring to a close now because it’s already late and I have to get up early tomorrow. I promise to write again within the next week. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
